Unfortunatly i suffer from Chronic back pain and have been searcing for websites where I can find a collective of people who are on the same boat as me. Hopefully I can get new tips, ideas, and persepectives, and even be able to share some of my own!

Hi @LissaNicholson and welcomePlenty of our members will know what you are going through and be able to share ideas. It depends very much on what causes your pain as to what may help. Painkillers and opiates only help a little, I do use a magnetic back support at times. I have tried heated massage chairs, more fun than help
I do use a lumbar support cushion in the car.
