ESA home visits ?

Hi everyone I have just received my assessment date for ESA medical,my anxiety and depression Is so bad I don't think I will be able to go,can I ask for a home visit,any help would be good thank you

Home visits usually require a very specific letter from your GP saying that you cannot attend a centre and why. However if you attend other appointments it is unlikely to be granted
