Hi I’m Steph and my 16 year old with Asperger has been refused any points in his pip reconsideration

Hi @Stephwinny and a very warm welcome to the community! Was this a review of his PIP or was this after having appealed the decision (Mandatory Reconsideration)? If you are yet to appeal the decision then, like @Ami2301 said, you would need to look into a Mandatory Reconsideration (more info here). If you have already done the MR then the tribunal stage can be found here. I understand this is an extremely daunting and stressful time for everyone involved so please do not hesitate to be in touch
