I have now been waiting 6 months since sending claim form contacted them 3 times last month they told me my claim had been put to top of list then today received a call from them telling me they have misplaced my claim and they will send me out another claim form.

It was for the backdated esa claim when switched over from incapacity benefit in 2011.

Just had another call from them today they done the claim over the phone its been sent electronicaly to processing team and been given priority i asked how long before I hear anything they said about 12 weeks.

Hello @raymund88 and welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear they lost your original claim, how frustrating! As you can imagine they have a huge backlog of these underpayment claims to process so 12 weeks sounds about right. Hopefully if they've put you as priority you may hear sooner.
