Hi,I'm afraid you won't be able to claim tax credits again because you claimed UC. The housing element is part of your UC monhtly payment. When claiming UC if you have a limited capability for work then you can send in fit/sick notes but to do this you need to be working less than 16 hours per week. How many hours per week do you work?I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

When you reach 25 your money does increase slightly for UC but not much. Sadly some people are worse off when claiming UC.
