Hello, please can you tell me how long you had to wait for your mandatory reconsideration decision to come back? I just want to have an idea. As my benefit was stopped three months ago. And I have now been waiting seven weeks for the mandatory reconsideration decision. Thank you?

Hi,There's no timescales to MR decisions, backlogs are just part of the reason a decision can be delayed. Most MR decision's remain the same so you could end up taking it to Tribunal.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Oh right , They sent me a text message saying it would take that as a guideline up to 6 weeks.
