Using the Journal Wisely

Sometimes we get cranky or are upset, when you use your Journal take a breath first and don't use it for making statements you may regret later as these cannot be deleted. If you want a nice profile keep in mind everything you type cannot be deleted. However if someone is rude to you - you feel unfairly treated or rights are abused. Log it into your journal in a good way. Ask about complaint processes. Even if it is DWP - log time and date. Draft a note first if you are unsure about how you feel - and be wise with torrents of how you feel (basically these are irrelevant records could do damage to you later) state facts, times and leave it at that. Rant to a friend or to us instead. This is a good way of recording permissions you give or withdraw. The council benefit teams want access to your benefits because council have tripled debts since the onset of UC. You do not have to give permission for them to discuss your benefit with the job centre or DWP. Remember they are using these records too......
