Hi there everyone, I'm sure I've asked this question before, I've been awarded backdated SDP which is £7090.
Can you tell me if this affects my housing benefit or my ESA contribution benefit

Hi,It's disregarded for 1 year for all means tested benefits.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Just had a call from the DWP telling me my backdated SDP will be in my account next Wednesday, the amount has gone up since my last post ...... I nearly had an anxiety attack, the amount he quoted was £7700.20 Thanks everyone for your support
