Am awaiting it cockneyrebel

Feel foolish as i asked them for mandory reconsideration
-
Can i ask them to cancel mandory reconsideration
-
I got an award notice saying this
-
Don't feel foolish, asking for an MR is the right thing to do. Just for an error in the date does not justify a refusal. However most MR's don't change the result so you may have to go to tribunal. Is this a new claim ?Be all you can be, make every day count. Namaste

Can i go to tribunral if it my mistake
-
May i ask what you mean by the wrong date/year?
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Wrong year poppy icarnt see you post on here
-
Sorry see it now put this year by mistake
-
Yes new claim cockney rebel

I'm sorry but i still don't understand. PIP is about how your conditions affect your ability to carry out daily activities based on the PIP descriptors. The year isn't going to make any difference.

I see. Do you have any medical evidence as to when your condition began ?
Be all you can be, make every day count. Namaste -
I didn't send any I asked them to contact to people I wrote down didn't get enough time to get evidence
-
They seldom contact anyone, the onus is on you to provide the suppoting evidence
