Cancelled pip tribunal hearing at last minute

I was due to have my tribunal hearing on Wednesday and I’ve had a phone call today to say the judge has cancelled it and not gave a reason and they will try to sort it out for another day soon I’ve waited a year and half for this has this happened to anyone else and do they know why this happened s

I had several of these. In the end I won at Appeal, backdated PIP and only 1 point away from both at the higher rate. Just keep fighting.

HI,I'm sorry to hear this. Sometimes it does happen, maybe the judge is ill or something and things like that can't be helped.Hopefully you'll receive another date soon.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

- I have just had my pip tribunal hearing cancelled for the 2nd time. I applied for pi in August 2020 I got low rate mobility. Went to mandatory reconsideration and again got the same. I suffer asthma Copd bronchiectasis and mental health. I've sent in some more evidence a letter off my daughter and aletter of my last visit to my consultant. I'm so fed up it's been cancelled. Has anyone ever had this happen

If so then yes we have had members were this has happened.Did they give a reason why they did this again?
