Hi,It could be just random check, which the do sometimes or someone's reported you for something. The only way to find out is to ring the number on the letter and ask.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

they are going to ring me,ive done nothing wrong??

Compliance interviews sometimes take place over the phone. If you've done nothing wrong then you have nothing to worry about. It's impossible to tell you what the interview is for because we could only guess here, you'll need to ring and ask them that question.

I had one of these interviews but f2f, it was because I had a change of circumstances and reapplied for an extra benefit.
They wouldnt tell me when I asked what it was about over the phone but it’s worth a try.
its direct questions they ask so just answer honestly.
hope it goes ok.
