i was mentally tormented by males im having hard time dealing with that scared of going to counceling i wish i could chat to others about it it would help me

I have that to. I housebound and have to have home visits which can only be female. This makes getting help more complicated and complexed due to resources

Please see a therapist. This is serious if not treated.

I am this will unfortunately with my past and what happened will always be the case. Therapy helps me cope day to day

Sorry read last post thought person was commenting to me just realised it was yours. She is right. Therapy may not cure your fear but help your coping mechanisms. You should have therapy and you can request a female. I am housebound so had to wait longer. But if you can go out of your house with support there is more increase in availability. Good luck and give it a try.

Have you enquires or been offered councilling. The first steps are hardest but your a brave one
