I lost half pip in March and did a reconsideration of pip and still didn’t take notice of the pip
I wondered if anyone know if get Financial advocate to help speak on my behalf
as i have a appointment regarding cab regarding to start tribunal
but if anyone know any in Exeter Devon area be great

Welcome. Do you have a social worker or not? They can assist you with form filling. Definitely also talk with CAB. I recommend telling them face to face about your condition however. -
Hi,Unless you have an appointee then i'm afraid you will have to speak for yourself at your Tribunal hearing. This is because HMCTS will want you to tell them in your own words how your conditions affect you because the only person that really knows this is yourself.A representative from an agency will not be able to speak on your behalf during the hearing. CAB very rarely represent at any Tribunal because they no longer have the funding. Welfare rights or a law centre will represent.
