Mandatory reconsideration

I am awaiting my decision letter after my first PIP assessment last week. I have my report from the assessor who scored me 10 on daily and 10 on mobilty and I know the final outcome is up to the decision maker but my question is if I am not happy with the decision letter and apply for a MR will I still receive the benefit awarded by the decision maker while going through the MR process? Also if the MR still remains the same and I have to go to tribunal will I still receive the original pip payments? Thank you
