Does anybody know what happens if your acceptance letter is lost at dwp

As them to send another one. When did you send it back? It can take 10 days for it to be added onto the computer because of the mail sorting process.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
3 weeks ago I rang them they said monday the 5th of August is cut off point

I'd advise you to ring them again tomorrow and tell them you did return the form and ask them what you can do next. You may need to re-apply.

Yes got a result rang up they couldn't find my acceptance letter so she just went through some questions with me got the loan within a hour ?

Do you know anything about pip ive been told to apply but I don't think I will get it

Here is the PIP criteria and here is a PIP self test. These may give you an indication about if it would be worth making a claim. Please only use the test as guidance though.
