Hello can someone help me with advice, I just received the decision letter to my pip MR, the decision did not go my way. I want to appeal this and go to tribunal, not to sure what to do now, can someone please tell me the right way to do this. Many Thanks Tracy

Hi @tracy63I'm sure you will receive lots of advice.In terms of first steps, you should have received a two copies of the MR letter. You will need to send one with your appeal. There are couple of ways to appeal. The first is to go to Gov.uk and download a form. I think it is a SSCS1.The other that I'm aware of is to complete a form online at Gov.uk. The details should be on your letter.You have one month to register your appeal and I would suggest getting specialist advice to help with the appeal.take careJ0
