Only you know yourself, but one idea might be to keep this friend apart, and not load any extra onto her. There may be a suitable organisation for the childhood situation, and it sounds as if you could do with specialists who won't be the least bit surprised by what's happened in your life. Look at the site of NAPAC, perhaps?1

I was about age 12 I think wen I experienced something had 3 or 4 repeat of it. This lady is help line worker she coming to my wedding day being apart of it. I feel I can trust her I already opened up about situation happen 2 decade ago I known her for some time. I certainly don't want my support worker or social worker knowing had big impact on my personal life guess u could think what it is0

I think that when you’re ready @sam12, it’s important to reach out and talk about the things you’ve been through so you can get the right support.
It’s great you feel you can trust the lady you speak to but there are other places you might trust as well.
@newborn mentioned Napac, which have a website and helpline you may find useful. https://napac.org.uk/0 -
It not serious still haunts me I do trust other places but I don't want to talk to mh people though. This lady help me in last secret I had I have few days to think more then decide0

Napac is nothing to do with mental health, nothing to do with social workers or support workers. They do have a helpline, but they also have a really good website to look through.
Your wedding is soon. How lovely. What is the date and time? We could think of you then, if you want us to, and all send you our very best wishes if you would like that?0 -
