I now have my date for my appeal and I was told to keep a diary which I do anyway but do I take this with me or get my daughter to write it out so I can send it off as extra evidence of my day to day pain and how's my days and nights are?
Is so how much do I send off?
Also what else will I need to take or send off? Many thanks

    Hi,

Any evidence you have needs to arrive with the Tribunal no later than 10 days before the hearing date.  It's up to you how much you write for the diary but remember, PIP isn't about days/nights, it's how you're affected at least 50% of the time over a 12 month period. You will also need to take the bundle with you. Good luck.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
