    Took us 11 weeks after the assessment to get a decision with me and her nurse chasing the case managers this things are completely out of our control and anyones it seems.

    Hi gazza47 my face to face was 18th june and an assessor still hasn't even looked at my pip claim that started in April this year. I have a new claim, so understand the frustration and stress this causes. I've been waiting just over 15 weeks, and today I've been told it could be another 8 weeks due to shortage of staff.
