Hi you need to speak to your GP who will know what meds you are taking and what might work for you, pain as with many long term conditions can and does affect mood, sometimes counselling helps.
I am a person with epilepsy not an epileptic, my illness doesn't define me.

    Hello @Redbel75
You need to talk to your doctor who can recommend meds for you to try. Often pain requires a multi pronged treatment approach. When something is not working, try other options. Counselling may help you too. Have you tried a hotwater bottle or heat pad at night in bed as well? That may work. Exercise helped me somewhat too. Other possible options include a change of mindset, a TENS machine, prayers, or a pain management course additionally which may be recommended.

Hang in there! You can do this. Seriously.

Hi @Redbel75, thank you for sharing this with us. It is completely understandable why pain would affect your mood, especially if it is chronic pain. Have you spoken to your GP about this?

    How are you feeling today?
