Family with autism and dyslexia

Does anyone struggle to cope with family member who has autism
My husband has autism and my 14 year old daughter has dyspraxia some times I feel I'm all on my own my mum say I'm very strong sometime I don't feel it as iam a carer for them both and have bipolar my self
Anyone understand how I feel it would nice to know iam not on my own anyone want to chat would love to hear from you just so I don't feel so alone
