I enjoy making blankets, although it's slow progress, it's really straightforward.
To begin with I started making granny squares, here is the great tutorial that I used.

Has anyone tried the FitMind 50 challenge or not?
You choose your goals. Here are some ideas to help you start:
1- Learn a musical instrument
2- Try something new
3- Study something difficult
4- Join a new exercise class
5- Go camping or hiking
6- Attend a community event
7- Trace your family history
8- Organise a party
9- Sign up for a adult education class
10- Perform a act of kindness
The choice is yours! -
Ails said:I bought myself a diamond painting kit weeks ago after speaking to another member on here that does it as a hobby. I thought I would have a go at it, but haven't opened it yet through getting caught up in other stuff. But will give it a go this weekend finally and quite looking forward to it.

Hi Ails, I also have a diamond painting kit. I started it but its hard finding the time to carry on with it as I work partime at my sons school. I find it really relaxing though. Give it a go! you will enjoy it and there are some lovely pictures about now

My son has sensory processing disorder so I would love to learn more about it and maybe make him some activities to enjoy. He loves playing with dried rice and pasta.
