Unfortunately PIP assessment reports are often inaccurate. You need to proceed with a mandatory reconsideration immediately then a tribunal if you don't feel you were respected at the mandatory reconsideration. 

This link tells you about the MR process. You only have a month more or less to contest the decision that was made so do not delay. If you need more help, call your local Citizen's Advice Bureau and ask for a benefits advisor .
