Hi @justdon and I'm sorry about the experience you have had so far. I am not surprised that you have found it very stressful and it sounds like things have been done outside of your control.
At the tribunal you will get the opportunity to explain to the panel. It's important to focus on how you meet the descriptors which will allow you to use the report which was missed.
