I think looking things up and researching can be beneficial and can also be helpful to other peoples besides us.

I don't really go out and when I do it's with my son so volunteering isn't really an option for me.

Yeah, I understand why people turn to drugs, drink etc. but it's something I've not done, I grew up watching my childhood friends ruin themselves with drink and drugs, my Dad also ended up with cancer which we believe was because he was a bit of a drinker in his younger years and he smoked for a long time but managed to quit, so none of that is for me. I think I have enough mental and physical health problems without me adding to them.

I've tried relaxation classes.. I ended up getting more wound up than before I started it lol.

Hello @WF2k Thank you for sharing. Understand all that.  Everything you are saying.

Much appreciation from me for letting me know .

All I am really saying just because I suggested something. I know can be difficult to do.

These suggestions are there for you may be one day.

I know it is the hard aspect of any illness or condition.

    I wish you well.

    Take care.

Hello @WF2k Thank you for kind words.

I am aware of the difficulties. The issues and problems.  I have my mental health issues probably teenage years.

Now early fifties. I know do not have all the answers.  Have a good knowledge some alternatives to consider . Yet I am here if you need some one to listen to.

Ask anything. My role as community champion is this one of my concerns.

Meet so many members like yourself struggling and striving. Trying to understand and not know why I am feeling like this.

    Happy to help.

    Keep in touch.

    Take care.
