Compliance Telephone Interview

Hi, I got a message on my online journal today saying that I had been booked in for a Compliance Telephone Interview at the beginning of December. Does anyone know what this entails, or why they would need to do an interview? I am claiming UC with the LCWRA element.

Hi,It could be just a random check, which does happen but i'm only guessing i'm afraid. No one can really answer that question. You will need to answer the phone on that day, if you don't your benefits could be stopped.0

Hi @ghallen, like Poppy has said, this could just be a random check.
They will probably ask you a few questions about your claim and ensure things are still the same.
I hope it goes okay and please let us know how it goes.
