I have hummus in my sandwiches which a lot of people think is odd!

I'm pretty boring when it comes to sandwiches.
My other half eats some monstrosities though! Some of the highlights are: mash potato sandwich, salt and vinegar crisps with cheese sandwich and a ramen noodles sandwich...

Yes I like avocado. Not had it in a long while, and never with chicken. But worth a try. Used to have it on it's own with salt and vinegar. -
