Hi,There's only one number to contact DWP for ESA and that's this one 0800 169 031. I always find first thing in the morning the best time to ring but even then you could be on hold for more than 1 hour.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Thanks @poppy123456
I was put in the support group without a f2f. My review is in march i was wanting to ask them if i could have a copy of my report i presume there would still be one even without a f2f? I ve heard its helpful in pip review which im currently going through, has any one else requested a copy if one, without f2f? Thanks -
There's always a report written even with a paper based assessment, so yes ring to request a copy. However, do be aware that PIP and ESA are completely different benefits with different criteria and being in the support group doesn't automatically entitle you to PIP. There's certainly no harm in sending it, whether they will use it as evidence, is a different matter. Good luck.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
