Hi I have asked for a mandatory reconsideration after I had my decision on WCA this was received 10th September it’s now been around 13 weeks an no response at all any advice grateful thanks

HI,Unfortunately, there's no timescales for decisions and with the MR they can take as long as they want to. My advice will be to give DWP a ring to chase it up, if you haven't already done that.

Even agent at local job centre chased it up nobody replies so it’s been about 13 weeks upto now is that normal? Thanks

unfortunately as @poppy123456 & @Chloe_Scope said above, there are no official time scales. All you can do is chase it up, as you have done already.
13 weeks is slightly longer than I would expect so hopefully they will be in touch soon. It does depend on their backlog, which is usually large.
