How long does it take the tribunal to back date your pip

    HI and welcome,

    The Tribunal don't pay any backdated money, it's DWP who do this. A Tribunal will only make a decision. If you've recently had a decision in your favour by a Tribunal then it can take 8 weeks to receive backdated money and about the same time to put an award into payment.
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
