I'm here to help disabled people like myself and others with restless legs syndrome uncontrollable twitching and movement of legs I've suffered for years myself and have come across what's causing my twitching legs at night mainly or even legs up watching tv...simply the case of a muscle attached to our hamstring on each leg called the biceps femoris this muscle gets really tight during the course of the day and on some people needs to be released before relaxing otherwise it can be a nightmare for plenty of people
I personally use a massaging tool as your fingers can get sore or weak due to being disabled so hope this helps anyone out there any questions be glad to answer

tonic water can help too. I used to be on quinine tablets, but they were withdrawn as they could be harmful.
