Ok thank  you everyone for your   for your advice   .but still wozld like what the assessmenter put in the report has she said in the letter that i could look straight forward out of  left eye and can turn my head  also i didn't bunp into things .and i walked at a slightly slow pace altered gait unaided did not appear unbalanced  how can they tell how i walk daily based on a 10 foot walk from my front door to my living room which was were the face to face was and she said i was not stressed .the reason i was not stressed and was able to answer her questions fully because my mum was there to support me so i wouldnit get stress out in the face to face interview my mum saw me getting stressed out and said that some deep breaths .so i wuld like to see what the assessmenter but in her report . because i belive she has not put down some stuff i said about the effect of my condition .i down the exercise she asked to do which i  done sittng down .but i could not do the finger to thumb because I was getting stressed out .she replied why couldn't i do that .where i had no problem picking up my angina spray bottle .also when she asked about meds can i open them i said no .my girlfriend opens them .she acted like it was easy to open them. My mum said they are fiddling to open .and i said another reason my girlfriend opens the packet incase i drop my meds the cat could eat them .the decision report thst i had no haert input specialist .but i have angina and high blood pressure which effect my heart i Also have goldenhar syndrome which effect parts of of my body .but goldenhar syndrome was not mentioned in the decision letter

It doesn't really matter what was said or wasn't said because you can't prove anything. They DWP and Tribunal won't be interested in any lies/contradictions that may have been told in the report. What matters now is where and why you think you should have scored those points.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi @mark52, I'm so glad that the move went okay! But I'm sorry about PIP, do you use the white stick like a long cane, or is it just to symbolise that you have a visual impairment?

If it is used as a long cane then it is an orientation aid. However, it isn't best practice to point out mistakes on the MR letter. It is a lot better if you state how you meet the criteria and use real life examples.

If you need any further information then please do let us know.

I use it has a long cane because I cant judge depth or disanents has i can only see  stuff clearly thats is about 5ft-10ft pass that things or people are out of focus and to let people know i am blind and i cant see when the sun is bright or a bright light coming from a car or when it rains or when my distance glasses get mist up

This makes sense @mark52, I am the same in terms of my sight. Have you managed to appeal the decision?
