Hi @bevahudson - Welcome to the community. Congratulations on your tribunal win. It can take up to 8 weeks to get your backdated money, I believe.

Even when they have rung you??

HI and welcome,I'm afraid the only ones that can tell you when to expect your backdated money is DWP and you will need to ring to ask.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Welcome to the community @bevahudson, I hope you can get this resolved and please do let us know how you get on.
