Is there a way I can speak to a decision maker?

Hi I went for a work capabilty interview 12 weeks ago universal credit keep saying they have made a decision just have to wait for the decision maker to put it on the system that 6 weeks ago and they still haven't done it and they say they have no connections to the decision makers can anyone tell me if there is a way I can ask for a phone call back from a decision maker or a way I can get through to them

HI and welcome,It seems very unlikely that a decision's been made, if it had been then the letter would have been uploaded onto your journal. Also, if it had been made they would be able to see what that decision is by looking on the computer.You can ring to ask for a copy of the assessment report, this will give you some idea what the decision is likely to be because they mostly go with the report. Do be aware though that waiting times on the phone are very likely increased because of the current circumstances.0

Thankyou what they said was they wont be able to see the decision unless the decision maker puts it on the system but they have made there decision0

This doesn't make sense because how do they know a decision's been made if they can't see it on the computer? If a decision's been made, it will show on the computer within 24 hours, if it hasn't then it won't show.

If a decision's been made there would be no reason not to put it onto the computer. My only guess is it's not been made yet. Hopefully not too much longer but there's no timescales.
