    ?I'm doing well today
    i m in a much better place than i was. this past weekend was terrible. my anxiety was awful because i realised my carer had abandoned me to fend for myself. i spent most of monday ringing around to find some support. i found some online anxiety management resources which helped me to regain control of my emotions. I also got in contact with family members overseas which lifted my spirits. but having this forum to dip into has been a great help.
