I don't know about you but I've been looking for ways to help maintain my mobility and keep my pain levels in check during this prolonged period at home.
Our friends at CP Sport have come up with some great nutrition advice with accessible exercises that even I can do! It's all about keeping or joints moving and helping our mental wellbeing too.
Why not give Stay In Workout a try?
If you have any activities that you have found useful for keeping active, don't be shy, share with us! I would love to read what you have found useful

There's a lot of information available for the public on the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy's website. See: https://www.csp.org.uk/public-patientThis includes home exercises, videos, etc. I might be biased, but I find this a great website!

Hello, I am a yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga to people with differences since 2004.
To help keep everybody's bodies and minds healthy and peaceful during these days of isolation, I am offering a 'virtual' Yoga With A Difference class on Tuesdays, 11am-12pm. I will be leading students and their carers through a series of relaxing movements and breathing practices. This class is suitable for adults and young people with cerebral palsy, PMLD and neurological differences who require 1 to 1 support. If you, or anyone you know, would like to join this class, please follow the link belowJoin Zoom MeetingMeeting ID: 204 730 929password: relax[Removed by moderator]I look forward to seeing you on screen soon -
Hi @AmberWard
Thanks for posting, it's great to have you here in the community and that you provide yoga with a difference.
Unfortunately, I have had to remove the PayPal link as it is against our guidelines,
