Got a text of dwp saying they have received my report today and I should hear within 6weeks and that it is just a guidence

Well if it's 0 or not enough points, it's mandatory reconsideration first then appeal. Until then though there's nothing to do.
From my experience I wouldn't bother putting any effort at all into the MR unless you can get someone else to do it, save it for the appeal of it comes to that. -
