Hi @richardlloyd123 and thank you for your post.
I am sorry you're struggling. There is some information on PIP here that may be useful to you. There is also more general information here on the types of benefits you can claim.
Please let us know if we can help in any other way.

Hi @richardlloyd123 and a very warm welcome to the community. How are you doing?

Hello @richardlloyd123!
There are two rates of PIP. Remember that the whole benefit is based on your ability to do the following activities:
eating
drinking
walking
cooking
bathing
taking medications
using a toilet
communicating
reading
dressing and undressing
mixing with others
dealing with money
staying safe
Citizen's Advice can help you with the application form filling process. There is also a helpful guide to assist you with the forms on their website, take a look at the link below. Make sure to answer all the questions honestly. Provide a list of examples too to back up your claim. If you need to, write in the additional information box. Give as much as information as possible. Send the forms via secure recorded delivery.

Make a photocopy of any appointment letter. Send it off with the application form. Types of evidence allowed include a report, a care plan or a appointment letter. Jot down any medications, test results etc. Include information on any aids you need to use. State what they are in the extra information box. Describe the nature of your impairment or condition. For example if you need help because you are dyslexic, explain what this is and how it affects you.
Feel free to ask me more questions.
