  Hi @Starfly12 - You could ring Scope's helpline tomorrow if that would be easier. It's 0808 800 3333.

  Sometimes it's easier to try & explain to people you don't know such as here. It's up to you, but if we can help you, it might be worth it.

  Hi @Starfly12, I tried to send you a private message there and was unable to.  I think it is to do with the fact you are a new member and have to have made 25 posts before posting a private message and maybe that is why I'm unable to private message you.  If you feel better and feel you can't talk here then you can write a message on my wall and I will reply to you and try to help you all I can.
