Hello @makh1994 and welcome to the community.
Can I ask what other benefits you are currently claiming? And does anyone claim Carer's Allowance or the Carer Element of Universal Credit for helping look after you? -
I’m currently receiving esa and pip on enhanced but not serve disability premium x

Do you know if your ESA is income-related or contribution-based?
-
If you receive income-related ESA and the person holding the joint tenancy is neither a relative or someone you are in a relationship with then yes you should be able to get it.
