Hi @mfaxon18 and welcome to the Community. It's nice to meet you and thank you for your question. I'm unsure about this so I went online and came across this website about nappies which gives you a lot of information so I hope you find it helpful -

According to the information given on this website, a good place to start is to ask your GP and just now even although you can't see them in person, you can phone them to ask about it and they may refer you on further regarding this. Other members who have children may know some more about this also and if so will post here too. I hope you manage to source some free nappies anyway and please let us know how you get on with it.
