I had a face to face for change of circumstances in february at my home.
I got a text message 1st March just before the Madness started.
I have not had a decision yet.
I'm afraid of all my Doctors letters and forms getting lost.
Should I phone?
Do you think.because of the covid 19 things are badly back logged.
Thanks Anne.x

Hi @vannep56 and welcome to the community! I would suggest giving them a ring to see if there any updates. Did you request a copy of the assessment report?

    Hi @vannep56

Good Afternoon & Welcome it’s great to meet you today.

I am one off the Community Champion’s here at Scope.

Yes it would be a good idea to give them a call for an update.

You might correct in thinking that there may be a
back load things are all over the place due to the current situation/problems.

Please please let me know if how you get on with the “DWP”

Hi @vannep56 Welcome to the community as the others have said a call is the only way you will find anything out . I would agree it is probably down to backlogs and priority.

Hope you get this sorted and let us know the outcome
