Hi donijames my name is DKaveney1.I only got out of hospital yesterday after another heart attack and I too am all alone so I know how you feel.It can be absolutaly terrible but the people on this forum are always willing to listen to you and will always give any advice that you need.God bless.

Yes, people say that men often find it difficult to express their feelings, and I suppose its true, but there is a lot of support out there, you only have to ask,

Hi Dani James I have anxiety and low mood too and moved to a completely.new area and literally do my know anyone, so so.lonely I'm.near the beach but too scared to.go.alone I crave freinds as I've never had any I have only just found this forum, my family are never there and I have to call them now n again and they completely ignore me I've had it all my life, I was close tomy dad n his family but they too have passed ( I hope one day we can be freinds
