hi hi everyone , had trouble logging in so had to take a slightly different a Name , so I am Lulu1949 really l
hi to Kathol, Lou67, Mikehughescq, and Janet 1967.
thank you so much for being so supportive about my son’s telephone appeal this morning.
the phone rang at 9.45 and it was the clerk to the court.
He was really nice and explained what was going to happen and who was to be on the panel
i was so worried and had loads of paperwork , I did what You told me Mikehughescq and buttoned my lip and my son took the questions, I had a say at the end. The judge was lovely and sounded kind.
to be honest you could tell that they had read EVERYTHING, which was comforting. I had my say at the end.
It lasted 1 hour and we get the result in two days time. 
Just relaxing a bit now. Was up till 12.30pm last night finishing all the notes.

    Hi steve51, thank you and good evening to you too. Lovely site. I was getting upset when I couldn’t access the site earlier because I owed so many a thank you for wishing us well on the tribunal call today. I phoned scope and they told me to re-register  hence I have the _ in the middle of my user name?

    not had chance to sit out yet but thinking of having a pink panther lol???
    the posti came and I saw a brown envelope and....Felt sick...opened it and it was just confirmation of a late letter I had sent in for the bundle.
    i started to breath again, then opened the second WHITE envelope... and Yes yes yes, he got it... standard rate for both 10 points for mobility so just dipped out on the disability car but so pleased that they finally agree he is in pain. The DWP gave him 4 points . 
    Can’t believe it came so quick. It gets back dated to June 2019 so it will help him get an automatic car so that he can still work. Just will have to help with a deposit but it will give him back some independence. The standard rate for mobility will help him finance a car and I believe he can get extra help with car tax am I right ? Ooooh so happy felt like I have been doing all the paperwork for nothing but quite proud of myself that I got everything organised in the end.
    The judge did say it’s up to  last June and he has got worse since but I daren’t re-apply.need a breather. When lock down is over for us we are going to see a specialist in London to look at replacing his replacement ankle as it did not work. The go on from there.

    hi hi Janet 1967, GOT IT, came today, quick wasn’t it he got standard rate for both along way higher points than he got from DWP. So so pleased for my son. Read my post to Steve51 gives you  down of how I am feeling , least I can relax over the weekend x
