Hi there I'm nervous enough about my tribunal phone appointment on Thursday 9th July and I have received a letter three days before my tribunal stating that DWP have looked at my mandatory consideration claim and taken my 5 points away to give me a new score of 0 from a new assessor. How can they review my Mandatory Consideration? Please can someone give me some help

Bless you. Have seen that done somewhere else online. That's horrible. My husband got 0 points on his award. Just starting a M R. Nothing awarded so nothing to lose.0

Best of luck with the tribunal tomorrow @misurrepeanut. Try not to let the revision letter deter you. Please let us know how you get on.

Couldn't have gone better. I was very well prepared. Don't know if I gave them enough evidence at the end though. As they said they were ready to finish and I had more evidence to give. But the judge was nice and the doctors and specialists were polite. Very glad I got the chance to give my story to someone1

Yes I had points deducted and had to go to an appeal following the mandatory decision refusal. Documentary and medical evidence is vital. From when I did mine the assessors are not medically trained and are private contractors. When I sid mine it was not designed for people with mental health and I got help from citizens advice. The thing is to be honest and show the day that you're having your worst where prompts and help is essential to managing a condition that affects your life dsily0
