Hello Guys.
I have an Telephone interview on Tuesday for Universal Credit in regards to verify my housing costs. On my journal they said be ready to hand your tenancy agreement.
Could anyone please tell me how it will work as its my first time claiming UC?
Many thanks
James K.

Hi and welcome @james19o6 Great you have joined us
It is normal procedure that they will want to see a copy of your tenancy agreement so don't worry, the call will be to check the details you entered in your application relating to housing costs and this will be followed up by you sending a copy of your tenancy agreement
Hope this helps any further help just ask away -
Thank you very much/ helped me alot. Do you think i should request a pdf copy from my landlord so i can send it to their email or will they expect it by post?

Hi again it may be worth getting electronic copy as long as it has signatures on and is a copy of your agreement and not just a generic one
I posted mine
@steve51 this isnt a phone assessment just a call to confirm housing costs -
