Phoned pip and the girl defo said no award. Assessment report recommended 13 care 10 mobility. Asked wot points I'd been given by decision maker and its 6 care 4 mobility so dropped a good bit. She thinks I should have been awarded something because of the assessors report. Now have to wait on a call from case manager which can take up to 48hrs to respond

Morning Lou, I’m sorry to hear that can’t believe they deducted so many points that had been recommended, if it stays the same after speaking to a CM, surely after MR it will get changed I really hopeso, it’s such a hard process to go through your in my thoughts, take care x
