We don't have a live chat as such, but you're more than welcome to ask any questions you might have on here. There's usually someone online, and we'll get back to you when we can.

You can also contact the helpline. Here are the details:

Phone: 0808 800 3333.

Textphone: dial 18001 then 0808 800 3333.

Calls are free from UK landlines and mobiles.

Email: helpline@scope.org.uk.

They are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm. Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 6pm. And most bank holidays.

Hi @no_name welcome to scope and our great community, a live chat facility sounds like a really good idea although it would need volunteers to moderate it.

I agree. As someone who has difficulty making phone calls webchat would be a great advantage.
