    We don't have a live chat as such, but you're more than welcome to ask any questions you might have on here. There's usually someone online, and we'll get back to you when we can. 

    You can also contact the helpline. Here are the details:

    Phone: 0808 800 3333.

    Textphone: dial 18001 then 0808 800 3333.

    Calls are free from UK landlines and mobiles.

    Email: helpline@scope.org.uk.

    They are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm. Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 6pm. And most bank holidays.

    @Cher_Scope I think live chat would be a great addition but in the form of messaging rather than voice

    I agree. As someone who has difficulty making phone calls webchat would be a great advantage.
