My 24 year old son has been receiving pip for his learning difficulties for a number of years. His last assessment was over 5 years I need to get a copy of his assessment outlining his learning for our solicitor. Can anyone advise me how to get this please

    I've moved your post to our PIP, DLA and AA board so others can spot it and give you some answers  :)

    Just so I better understand, are you wanting to know how to get your old PIP assessment report or a copy of the last learning difficulties assessment?

    Hi and welcome,

    For a copy of the assessment report you need to ring DWP/PIP but whether they would still have a copy after 5 years i really have no idea.
